Optimisation CV and GKW systems

Water and waterglycol CV systems and chilled water GKW systems degrade over time. This degradation is a result of wear and tear to certain components, such as pumps and steel, also called magnetite. Degradation of CV and GKW systems is also a result of bacteria which lead to sludge. Magnetite and/or sludge clog the system with negative consequences: clogged valves, damaged components etc.

Regular analysis of water (-glycol) in the systems can determine its condition. For example, a technical analysis can determine which type of contamination is found in the system and the solidification of the water-glycol mixture.
